"I have known many realtors and sold and bought homes across the US, and I don’t say this lightly, Jake is amazing. He not only sold our house but since we were thousands of miles away and the last renters had left the house in terrible shape he spent months working with his teams and contacts to get everything in shape for sale. Talk about a full service realtor, that is what you get with Jake. He is personable, trustworthy and an amazing judge of properties. I feel confident that whether buying or selling you are in the best hands with Jake Mossman. Just a note, ours was a 4,500 square foot home overlooking the mountains, so know that he deals with a full range of properties. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

"I can’t say enough about Jake, Chris and their team. Jake and Chris took a tricky situation and made it easy. They found people to help with some minor repairs and to help clean and make the house show like a million bucks. Which it did! They gave us their expert advice at each step, and it paid off in spades. The property had over 40 showings and 5 bids and sold in 4 days. It was clear from start to finish that Jake and Chris were not just in this for the commission. They took every call, and answered every question we had, and they did it with a smile in their voice. They never stopped helping. Even on the day the house closed and we experienced a few hiccups. They were there to help with no questions and no hesitation. I think to me what says more than anything for a potential client is this.
